A: Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00am. Additional charges will be applied to your credit card if your room is occupied past 11:00am.

A: If you book online, your payment must be through PayPal. A valid credit card is required at the time of check in as guarantee. And/or a deposit in cash of the full price of one night at the dates rate. The full deposit will be given back to the guest, when the hotel has confirmed that the apartment is in the same state as delivered to the guest

A: General reservations must be canceled 2 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund of payment. If cancellation occurs during the 2 day window, 1 night room and tax will be forfeited.
